MOM’s consultancy work is focused on a range of projects some of which have brought the company into contact with some of the largest events across the world including the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Commonwealth Games, the Tour de France and the Queens Tennis Tournament. Their bespoke arena and venue projects also support major festivals in Europe, Australasia, and the US as well as stadia, arenas, clubs and public sector venues. Work varies from helping venues to increase their standing floor capacity to developing safer ingress and egress permutations and issues around crowd movement and safety related to different barrier configurations. The work is always interesting and never a chore.
Over the last two years, MOM has worked at the O2 Arena, Liverpool Echo Arena, Silverstone Racing Circuit, the Tour de France Grand Depart, Queens Club Tennis Tournament and Wembley Stadium as well as many other venues and events. As well as this MOM has been working with a number of European agencies to promote safety at events by enhancing the knowledge and understanding of how issues are caused at events and the solutions to these problems. These organisations include IBIT an education provider based in Germany, Wacken Open Air Festival, MaMa, the Reeperbahn Festival and the Swiss Music Promoters Association. MOM has also assisted a number of major stadia and indoor arenas in developing their employees to support a greater awareness of safety and crowd management at events. MOM also continues to work with European, US, Australian, the Arab Emirates and New Zealand to enhance global event safety cultures.
